Where a Lessor decides to not renew a lease agreement with an existing Lessee, the Lessee is required to be informed of this by way of a Notice of Termination. This notice is a standard form document, regulated by the Consumer Protection Act, that shall become an addendum to the existing lease. The effect of such a Notice is that the lease agreement will automatically expire on the termination date and informs the Parties of their respective rights and obligations upon termination.
