Where a Lessor decides to renew a lease agreement with an existing Lessee, the Lessee is required to be informed of this by way of a Notice of Renewal. This notice is a standard form document, regulated by the Consumer Protection Act, that shall become an addendum to the existing lease. The purpose of this Notice is to inform the Lessee of any material changes to the lease that shall apply if renewed, and the options available to the Lessee on receipt of such notice.
