This Policy establishes a zero-tolerance approach on the part of the Employer in respect of any form of discrimination, for any reason whatsoever. This includes discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation or any other legally protected attribute. The Policy further sets out the procedures for reporting discrimination and the implementation of periodic training programmes for all employees.
