An Artist Agreement is a contract used to ensure that the artist retains ownership of their artwork, while allowing another person (the Licensee) the right to distribute such artwork on their behalf in return for royalties. This agreement is therefore suitable for an Artist who wishes to engage the services of another person to print, publish, sell, distribute and/or market their artwork. This agreement is customisable and sets out the standard terms and conditions relating to ownership of the artwork, manner of distribution, royalty arrangements and more.
